Andy is an independent building contractor licensed for 40 years with experience in all areas of residential construction but now specializing in remodeling and especially kitchens and bathrooms. He is well known for bringing his creativity to my projects and that he is physically working on site with his son and the other workers to ensure that everything is done to his standards. He can offer to keep a kitchen or bathroom functional during nearly the entire renovation and now also isolating the work areas with plastic sheathing for protection. People appreciate that they can do everything involved in the renovation including the electrical, plumbing, cabinet installation, drywall, painting......everything so that they do not have groups of subcontractors to deal with-just them!
