Mark Rolandelli has been in business for 33 years and located now in Lafayette. Back in 1987, Mark took over his old boss' clientele back after his retirement. Mark was 27 years old doing all State Farm insurance work back then. He started doing some custom work when the phone just kept ringing and his business continued to grow. He now specializes in large hard to do remodels and big additions in the East Bay Area. Mark has 100's of references with excellent reviews.
Mark has multiple workers with different skill sets on his team of employees and some have been with him for more than 20 years. His team also includes the best sub contractors around. He does very little advertising and runs on a great word of mouth reputation with their customers. It has been a family business with his wife, Karen running the office operations, his son Tony, carpenter, and his daughter, Ashley working as a laborer. All six of his sons and daughters have worked for him in the past 33 years.
Some of the projects they built are a 12,000 square foot automotive center from the ground up along with other commercial projects and residential houses as well. His ace in the hole has been remodels and additions. Over the years, you name it and they have done it.
His best asset is he is a great communicator, scheduler, foresees possible problems, pointing out existing faulty work, capable of fixing all the different situations and staying on a budget and job schedule.
Mark is well known in the Pleasant Hill area for his volunteer coaching of his 6 kids and hundreds of other kids for over 30 years. At one point the league was having hard times in 2006 so he needed to step up and run it with his business leadership. PHBA, at that time, had 1050 kids with a run down snack shack and maintenance sheds. After 10 years of running the league they turned it into the largest baseball and softball association in Northern California with a town of just over 30,000 people. With many volunteers and Mark, they got a bond passed in Pleasant Hill to help pay for a new park. They all got a new remodeled completed at Pleasant Oaks Park that is a dream complex. They got all the local businesses to donate materials to help build the complex. With Mark and volunteers, they built a 2500 square foot snack shack, real restrooms, a meeting room and a maintenance room in 13 months with people donating their time or money to get it done.
Mark thinks that anyone that chooses his company is going to get a great product for a great price. You get a first class professional quality job that you will be happy with after the final product is complete. They have many repeat clients who call us back for future work down the road.
